• If it has been 3 years or more since your last visit please classify yourself as a New Patient.
  • All Surgical Procedures must be scheduled by calling our office.
 • Medical appointments refer to general dermatological conditions like Acne and Eczema.
 • Cosmetic appointments refer to aesthetic procedures like Dermal Fillers, Botox and Lasers.   
• If scheduling a New Patient appointment for a Minor, the parent or guardian needs to accompany them to their first appointment.
